This is where Experience of You comes into play. Using state of the art technology, our 360 degree feedback program allows individuals to gain insight into how they impact those around them. Here’s how it works.

Build a Learning Culture by Scaling Feedback

One of the greatest features of the Experience of You program is its ease to scale. While the backing research and technology is cutting edge, the program empowers the individual as they own the entire process, reducing stress that hinders learning from feedback. 

Observers are asked a series of simple questions which have been curated to maximize relevant results. Each interaction averages between 60 and 90 seconds limiting disruption. Observers respond to these minute long sessions four times over the course of a month. These responses are uploaded to our cloud-based database and sent directly to the participant. Observers are generally only expected to respond to these ~minute long sessions four times over the course of a month. These responses are uploaded to our cloud-based database and sent directly to the participant. As the program progresses, the questions are adjusted to focus in on noteworthy topics, all while guiding the observers to provide effective feedback.
